The Twenty-First Century Body Art Exhibition @ WPI

Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA is holding an exhibition focused on The Twenty-First Century Body. It showcases a range of interpretations of that theme. It’s being held in conjunction with the Fortieth Annual Meeting of the International Merleau-Ponty Circle. The show runs October 1st through November 6th.

The opening reception is being held at Alden Hall on the main WPI campus on Friday, October 2nd, 2015 from 6:30-8:30pm. All are welcome to attend! Alden Hall is a red brick church-like building located here –

BVAA and the Milford Town Hall Concerts

Start planning ahead! Anne McNevin has wondrously arranged for a collaboration between the BVAA and the Milford Town Hall Concerts. We are to showcase art at each one! You can see their schedule below. The first show is on November 14th! We’ll put out more details as we get in closer to that date.

King Richard’s Faire Field Trip

The BVAA is planning a field trip in October to the King Richard’s Faire in Carver, MA. This is a fun event with jousters, jugglers, musicians, singers, and a lot of artistic opportunity.

If you’re interested in going, let us know! We will be going on Saturday, October 10th from 10:30am – 6pm.

They close for the season on October 25th.
