Bob Evans has graciously offered up his home as a location for a hands-on printmaking session this coming Sunday, January 10th, 2016 from 2-4pm. We will be inspired by the Alternatives Printmaking opening reception on Friday and then see what we can do with our own two hands!

Reminder! On Tuesday, January 5th the BVAA is hosting a field trip to the Greyscale Art Show at the Aurora Gallery in Worcester Massachusetts. The gallery will be specially open for us between 3-4pm on Tuesday.

The historic Aurora building is on 660 Main Street, Worcester, MA. You can park on the street or, if that’s full, go down Ionic Avenue which is nearly immediately across the street from the Aurora. About a half-block down on the right is a big parking lot behind the Masonic building – you can park there. Don’t park in the lot ON Main Street – that’s a private lot.

The Sprinkler Factory art gallery in Worcester Massachusetts will be celebrating all the glory of the color blue on Saturday, January 23rd. The reception begins at 7pm and the suggested donation is $10.
There will be cyanotypes, music from the group “Cyantype,” and even blue-themed food! Plus a disco dance party.
