What Have We Got to Lose?

Mass Audubon’s Moose Hill Gallery’s latest juried exhibit is entitled “What Have We Got to Lose?” The deadline is February 11, 2016.

The images should focus on what climate change might cause us to lose.

The jurors are Diana Hampe and Claudia Michael.

For the jury process, they want PRINT IMAGES ONLY (i.e. no mats, no frames, no anything else). This is to let the judges judge everything fairly. There are no online submissions. They need to be mailed in or dropped off. The reviewing fee is $15 for up to 5 images. If you are chosen then they’ll contact you for the actual finished / framed artwork.

Submissions can be dropped off in person or mailed to:
Jan Nareski Goba
293 Moose Hill Parkway
Sharon, MA 02067

Shadow and Light Photography

The Darkroom Gallery in Essex Junction, Vermont has a call to artists out for their upcoming show “Shadow and Light.” This is a photography show.

Submissions must be made by December 30, 2015. The submission fee is $24 for up to four images.

The Darkroom Gallery keeps a substantial library online for past shows so you can look through and see the types of images they tend to accept. Also, when you enter, once the judging is done you have the option to see (and to share) most photos that were submitted, to learn more about what tends to get submitted and what gets accepted out of that. It’s a great experience!
