Plein Air Saturday 7/18
There’s a plein air event this coming Saturday at Mesa Farm which might be worth checking out. Here’s the details:
There is plenty to see and paint from barns to all types of farm animals, beautiful fields, and stone walls. There will be landscape demonstrations by Jo Ellen Reinhardt from the New England School of Fine Art at 9 AM and 1 PM, and then you are on your own to draw or paint. Stay for the full day or just a couple of hours.

The Blackstone Valley Art Association and Daniel’s Farm in Blackstone are hosting a 3 day event Labor Day Weekend.
Friday Sept 4th – plein-air workshop lead by award winning David Lussier and his wife Pam.
Saturday Sept 5th – paint out featuring the Blackstone Valley area’s waterway and countryside.
Sunday Sept 6th – David will provide a quick critique of the works done, then a public art show!
The Blackstone Valley Photo Contest is live again! Deadline is Aug 15th!
