Since its inception in 1957, the Blackstone Valley Art Association has been dedicated to the advancement of the arts and preservation of the finest artistic traditions by means of exhibitions, classes, lectures, and other activities favorable to artistic expression, and to the development of friendly exchanges amongst artists and those interested in the arts.
We meet for hands-on demos and workshops at the Uxbridge Community Gallery, 5 South Main Street, Uxbridge, MA on the third Tuesday of every month EXCEPT during the summer months. All monthly meetings start at 6:30 pm unless indicated otherwise. We also hold art shows, field trips, outings, plein air sessions, and other events regularly throughout the year. Please check our calendar for more information. Board meeting venues will be announced.

May 2024 BVAA DinnerIt’s that time of year! BVAA Spring Party Time! This is when we celebrate the start of summer. We also hold elections for our officers for the 2024-2025 year, which will begin in September. Our BVAA calendar year runs from September 2024 to August 2025.
We will be holding our meeting on our regular monthly meeting date, the third Tuesday:

We have a private room reserved for our group.
Each person can order whatever they want and will get their own bill, so it is wholly up to you what you want to eat or drink from that menu. You can order just a tea! Just a salad! There’s no up-front payments.
Please EMAIL US DIRECTLY at info@bvaa.org if you are thinking about coming. That way we can create a table count for the restaurant. You’re welcome to bring one person with you.
We would love to see you on May 21st. If you’re not able to come for any reason at all, we understand. We will miss you!
There will not be any event in the Uxbridge gallery on Tue May 21st. We will only be at the Grille 122.
